The Office of Community Assistance (OCA) aids vulnerable residents of Illinois in attaining stabilization by offering
economic opportunities, reducing the energy burden, promoting energy efficiency and encouraging community engagement.
LIHEAP is a federally-funded program to help eligible low income households meet their home heating and/or cooling needs.
